Survey Interruptions and Memory
Survey Interruptions and Memory
Hello Episurveyors. I have a few questions you may be able to answer for me.
1. If a survey is interrupted is there a way for the user to return to middle of a survey without having to restart the process? Think of two different scenarios, (1) they user returns to survey after entering other records (2) the user returns to the survey after some interuption, say changing the battery.
2. What is the size of an average 75 question survey? Can many of the phones supported store 10-20 surveys if there is no cell service or will we need to look into external memory cards for each phone?
Thanks and sorry if these questions have been answered elsewhere.

Hi. You can indeed return to a form/survey record after finishing it. You can also save an incomplete record and return to it later.
The forms are very small and any phone supported could very easily store many, many surveys.
As I mentioned in my other reply, you do NOT need to be connected to the cell network when filling out forms (only when downloading new forms or uploading data to the website).
