New: EpiSurveyor.org Version 2

The EpiSurveyor team worldwide, led by our Nairobi office, has worked hard hard to bring version 2 of the EpiSurveyor.org website to our users. The new version, which replaces the current EpiSurveyor.org, has many new features developed from all of your terrific feedback and suggestions, including:

GPS -- users with GPS-enabled phones (like the Nokia E71) can automatically create a "GPS stamp" for every record collected AND automatically see the results on a Google map, all within EpiSurveyor.org

Advanced Logic -- the new logic features allow complex skip patterns and a lot more

Numeric Range Limits -- a frequently-requested feature, the range limits allow you to easily set an upper and lower limit for any numeric question

Improved Layout and Graphics -- the new site will be easier to navigate (and better looking!)

We'll be adding even more over the next few weeks, so stay tuned (and let us know what you think).

What YOU Have to Do

On the web: in most cases: nothing at all. The new site has simply taken the place of the old site, but all your forms and data will be right there for you to use in just the same way -- but with the added features ready for you.

On the phone: you'll need to download a new version of the phone software from www.episurveyor.org/m

We DO recommend that you make a copy of your truly important data by choosing Export from the Data tab -- but this is something you should probably be doing anyway!
